We'll explain the parallels between e(lectronic)-mail and the U.S. Mail and we'll help you sign up for an email service and teach you how to send and receive emails. We'll also cover using your email address book.

Intro to Microsoft Windows
Windows is the underlying Operating System that makes the whole computer run. We'll show you how to make use of all the handy, built-in tools that come with Windows (e.g. install and uninstall programs, hard drive maintenance) and also how to personalize Windows for your own preferences.

File Management
Are you ready to organize your computer files? Learn how to make full use of your computer's various storage devices. We'll show you how to save your files to the exact location you desire and how to move and copy them as you see fit. No more lost or misplaced files to fret over!
